Order Processing

Every order is processed within 1 to 3 business days once payment is confirmed. Orders aren't processed on public holidays.

Shipping Times

Delivery timelines depend on where in Pakistan you're located: 
  ● Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Swat): 2–5 business days 
  ● Other Cities & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days 

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may shift due to weather, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way. You can also track it directly through our Track Order page.

Delivery Charges 

Delivery charges vary by city and are calculated automatically at checkout before you place your order. 

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering accurate delivery details at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.
